Fisher Research Laboratory, the world’s oldest and proudest name metal detectors, introduces the CW-10, a hand-held concealed weapons detector designed to safeguard security-sensitive areas like schools, courtrooms, corrections facilities, sporting events, businesses, night clubs and other public areas and events.

The CW-10 Concealed Weapons Detector is the latest in a long line of Fisher turn-on-and-go metal detectors using time-tested and proven Fisher technology and know-how. Just press a switch on the CW-10 and immediately start scanning for concealed weapons. Press the momentary ON switch for intermittent use or the normal switch for uninterrupted use. If ambient metals like metal doors or rebar in floors cause "false" signals, press the low sensitivity switch to cancel them out.

The CW-10 is a motion detector that’s extremely sensitive to all metals. It can detect concealed metallic objects as small as a hat pin-even as small as the metal springs and firing pins of composite handguns. An audio tone and an ultra-bright LED alert the operator to the presence of a hidden metallic object. 

Just one 9-volt battery powers the CW-10, and a low battery warning lets you know when to change the battery. Weighing just 17 ounces, the CW-10 is shock proof, splash proof, dust proof and rainproof. A headphone jack allows for private screening of signal response.

In the Fisher tradition, the CW-10 is affordable, tough, and simple to use while providing maximum performance. A two year limited warranty comes standard with the unit.
