Criminal record information is available in all counties and states.

SSA recommends using the application and social security number trace to identify counties and jurisdictions that require criminal record search.

All criminal record information is compliant with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and applicable state laws that affect consumer reporting.

Security Services of America is sensitive to the privacy and security concerns of individuals and only provides information to commercial and professional entities for permissible purposes only.

All clients will be required to sign a service agreement with our agency acknowledging the use of the information provided will be used for legal purposes only.
